INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By accessing or using our website, you fully accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
FEES AND DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% of the total fee specified in our proposal is required immediately upon instructing us to begin the website design and development process. Work will not commence until the deposit is paid in full. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work to your reasonable satisfaction.
REFUND POLICY
We operate a strict “No Refund” and “No Transfer” policy on all our services.
SUPPLY OF MATERIALS
You are required to provide all materials and information necessary for us to complete the project as per the agreed specifications. These materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written content, logos, and other branding materials. Delays in providing these materials may result in an extension of agreed deadlines. If failure to supply required materials prevents progress, we reserve the right to halt work and invoice you for any outstanding balance.
VARIATIONS
We welcome requests for design revisions within reasonable limits. However, additional charges may apply for changes that deviate significantly from the original design specifications. During the development phase, minor adjustments are included, but major changes will be billed at $45 per hour.
PROJECT DELAYS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Estimated timeframes for project completion depend on your full cooperation and the timely provision of all necessary content and feedback. A single point of contact must be appointed from your side to ensure efficient communication. Delays caused by inaction or untimely feedback may result in project delays. If the project remains incomplete after 45 calendar days, additional changes will be billed at $45 per hour.
APPROVAL OF WORK
Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to review the work and provide feedback within seven (7) days. If no feedback is received in writing within this review period, the work will be deemed approved. Once approved, the contract is considered complete, and the remaining balance becomes due.
REJECTED WORK
If you reject the work within the review period and fail to approve subsequent revisions, we reserve the right to consider the contract complete and seek payment for the work completed, provided the rejection is deemed unreasonable.
PAYMENT
The final 50% payment is due upon completion of the review period and before launching the website. We reserve the right to remove the website from public view if the final payment is not made. You unconditionally guarantee payment. In case of collection efforts, you agree to cover all associated costs, including attorney fees and court expenses.
SEARCH ENGINES
We design search-engine-friendly websites but do not guarantee specific rankings in search engine results. Search engine optimization services can be provided at an additional cost.
NON-DISCLOSURE
We, including any subcontractors, commit to keeping your confidential information secure and will not disclose it to third parties.
DOMAIN AND HOSTING
Renewal notices for domains and hosting are provided as a courtesy. Arabian Elite is not responsible for missed renewals or failure to notify customers. Domains must be renewed 30 days before expiry.
For third-party products like SSL, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Requests must be made at least two weeks before the guarantee period ends. No refunds or transfers are available for domain and hosting payments.
Customers are encouraged to perform regular backups via the provided cPanel and store these backups off-site. We are not liable for failed backups, lost data, or data integrity issues.
Domains not renewed within seven (7) days after expiration enter a redemption period and may incur additional fees. Domains not redeemed during this period will be permanently deleted and made available for registration.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If necessary, the unlawful part of a provision may be removed to ensure enforceability.
